Since 1992 the technical office of Mr. Manolis Siganos, Civil Engineer NTUA, has been dealing with Architectural studies and construction of mostly new homes, but also with the repair, aesthetic, functional and thermal upgrading of existing ones.
In 2006 we established the commercial company “Lithodomi”, which provides the most sophisticated building materials on the island and represents the company of “Sika”, a global leader in Specialty Chemicals.
In January 2019 “Samos Realty” was established with the assistance of Mr Alexandros Charisis, Management Professional. We took the initiative to expand our activities, in order to provide our customers with genuine professional support when they try to purchase a property in Samos and the surrounding islands.
